Tivoli Brewing Company, with roots dating back to 1859-1864 in Denver, Colorado, was revived in 2012 and is known for producing historic Colorado beers and the widely distributed Outlaw Mile High Light Beer. After operating a taphouse at the historic Tivoli Student Union, the company moved production to La Junta, CO, at the end of 2023.
